You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for any special order items. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.
